To Have and To Hold.

Four years ago today I married the love of my life. It was the best decision I've ever made. He's the most amazing person, wonderful husband and spectacular father, and he's mine. We've been through many adventures as a couple - navigating New York, London and San Francisco, changing jobs and apartments more often than I'd like to recount and becoming parents, the craziest adventure of them all. Together, we know we can do anything.

We got married in my hometown of La Crosse, Wisconsin, at the same church my parents and my grandparents got married. And we celebrated at a former brothel, now soda fountain and ballroom, downtown. (What can I say, we've got good range.)

Our friends and family traveled from all over the globe to be with us that day, and we felt so honored to have such incredible (and damn good-looking) people there with us that day.

It rained the entire week leading up to the wedding, but on the morning of our special day, the skies cleared and turned the most stunning blue color, contrasting perfectly with the orange, red and yellow leaves covering the bluffs on either side of the river valley.

Here's to spending the rest of our lives together.
