Is my payment secure?

I use Stripe and PayPal, which gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information with the highest level of commercial encryption currently available. PayPal security measures can be reviewed here.

HOW IS MY order SHIPPED?

I do my best to process all orders within a 2-5 business days of receiving them (please keep in mind this is a one-woman operation!). If you ordered something described as “made to order,” please allow 2-4 weeks for production and 4-5 business days for shipping. All orders are packaged securely and shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. International orders ship via USPS First Class International.

WHAT IF I NEED IT MORE QUICKLY?

If you need to expedite your order or require a tracking number, please contact me directly for availability and rates prior to purchase.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Orders shipped to a Minnesota address will have sales tax automatically applied. You are not responsible for sales tax if your order is shipped to an address outside of Minnesota.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yup! All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or USPS First Class Mail. I’ve found this to be the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping overseas. Senn & Sons is not responsible for delays or international customs fees incurred.

WILL YOU RESPECT MY PRIVACY?

Your information will never be shared with anyone else, ever, for any reason and credit card processing is completely secure.

IS THE COLOR ON THE WEBSITE TRUE TO LIFE?

I do my best to accurately represent the colors available on this website, however please remember that every computer screen will display color differently, so slight variations from what you see on screen to what you see in person may occur. If you need to match a color exactly, please let me know and we will work out the best way to achieve this.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR ME TO CHECK OUT YOUR products IN PERSON?

I occasional have pop-ups around the Twin Cities, but typically sell all of my work exclusively online. If you're local, please check out my Events page for the latest!

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKe what i ordered?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of the business (some products are made to order), we like to say that all sales are final. However, if your order arrived damaged, went missing in the mail, or isn't to the high quality standards we hold for ourselves, get in touch right away and we’ll make it right. Please use our contact form and reference your order number if possible. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS or CUSTOM ORDERS?

I am no longer creating custom artwork for customers, but am always interested in hearing new ideas for potential collaborations! Please contact me if you want to talk about creating something amazing.
