I ship every Monday and Thursday (unless otherwise noted on the site or in each listing). Your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 days via USPS First Class or Priority mail. It is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
Personalized orders ship within 2 weeks.
Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if your order was damaged during transit. I’ll do my best to fix the problem.
RETURNS & Exchanges
You may return or exchange item(s) purchased from this website for any reason, with the exception of personalized items which are final sale. Returns must be completed within 14 days from the shipping date. I will provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange of equal or lesser value. Any return or exchange after 14 days of shipping will be given store credit or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized merchandise is not returnable.
I use Stripe and PayPal, which gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information with the highest level of commercial encryption currently available. PayPal security measures can be reviewed here.
Orders shipped to a Minnesota address will have sales tax automatically applied. You are not responsible for sales tax if your order is shipped to an address outside of Minnesota.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International or USPS First Class Mail International. I’ve found this to be the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping overseas. Senn & Sons is not responsible for delays or international customs fees incurred.
I do my best to accurately represent the product colors available on this website, however please remember that every computer screen will display color differently, so slight variations from what you see on screen to what you see in person may occur.

PLANNERS & CALENDARS
If you purchased a planner or calendar from another retailer and there is a problem, please contact that retailer directly. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for purchases not completed through sennandsons.com.
